This Court vide order dated 12th November 2018 has granted ad­interim protection in favour of the Applicants on a condition that the Applicants shall deposit an amount of Rs.10,00,000/­, which is admittedly deposited by the Applicants.

In response to the Court's query, the learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants are not in possession of any of the documents which contains signature of the complainant. According to

2/2 Yadav 25.aba.2345.18 aw Appp.1536.18 him, in absence of any such document, there is no question of misuse of any blank stamp paper or containing signature of the complainant. The said submissions are accepted in the form of undertaking. 3.

As such, the Anticipatory Bail Application stands allowed in terms of order dated 12th November 2018 with condition that the Applicants shall attend the Investing Officer on 14th 18th and 21st January 2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed and the Applicants shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses.

Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

For the reasons disclosed in the Criminal Application No. 1536 of 2018 and in the interest of justice, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause therein.
