After arguing the Writ Petition for some time, Mr. Patwardhan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. His only request is that the Petitioners be granted leave 1/2

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed with leave as prayed aforesaid.
