This matter has been sent to this Bench, i.e., the Circuit Bench at Kolhapur for the reason that Petitioner-convict is in a prison which is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Circuit Bench. However, as a matter of fact, the order of conviction is passed by a Court which is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of Aurangabad Bench of this Court. In view of this, it would be appropriate to direct the Registry to send this matter to Aurangabad Bench of this Court. Ordered accordingly.
