The Advocate for the Applicant makes a statement that, the newspapers 'Free Press Journal' and 'Navshakti' also have wide circulation in the area where the respondent resides. In view of this, Applicant to publish the notices in newspapers i.e. 'Free Press Journal' and 'Navshakti'. Fresh publication notices be given to the Applicant by extending returnable date.
