By the impugned order, the Trial Court has restored the suit which was dismissed for default. The Trial Court relied on medical certificate in support of cause shown in the application. The cause shown in the application is that the applicant was suffering from Jaundice on the date when the suit was dismissed for nonprosecution. The application is filed within limitation. 2.

Considering the cause shown no interference in the impugned order is called for. However, it is made clear that the Trial Court shall not grant unnecessary adjournment and the suit shall be decided expeditiously.

The civil revision application stands disposed of. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
