Having heard Mr. Tadke, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mrs. Mrs. M. P. Thakur, learned AGP for the State, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.3 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Satara to dispose of petitioners' representation received by respondent No.3 on 6.2.2015, copy of which is annexed as Exhibit-G (page No.41) (typed copy is at page No.43), as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the petitioners' representation shall be decided independently on its own merits.
