Heard learned counsel for the applicant - appellant. Though the respondent is duly served, no one appeared. By this Civil Application, the applicant is seeking condonation of 31 days' delay in filing the Family Court Appeal, challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 13th July, 2017 passed by the Family Court, Solapur in M.A. No. 03 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, the order. (a) The delay in filing the Family Court Appeal is condoned;
