The limited prayer made in petition is a direction to the Respondent No.4 - The Bharatiya Shikshan Prasarak Mandal to decide the application dated 9th February 2021 iled by the Petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground. Further direction is prayed that Respondent No.3-the Education Oicer (Secondary) to decide the application dated 19th September 2022 for setting aside the illegal appointment of Respondent No.6.

The Respondent No.4 is directed to decide the application 9th February 2021 mentioned in prayer clause (b) of the petition, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. Further, the Respondent No.3 is directed to decide the application Patil-SR 1 of
