By this preacipe of Speaking to the minutes, the learned counsel for the Appellants submits that this Court has disposed of the Appeal by Judgment dated 29th January 2024 filed by the Appellant-Claimant. In the operative part of the order this Court has not mentioned about apportionment of the compensation amount. It would be distributed equally amongest all the Claimants.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Appellant Clause (ii) added in the operative part of the order.
