This writ petition is pending in this Court for last more than five years. The challenge therein is to an inaction of the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur. On this writ petition, there is an order on 10th June, 2014 issuing notice to respondent Nos.4 and 5. That notice since has been issued, nobody is present. Mr.Bodhare was aware that this matter was listed on several occasions thereafter and throughout the year 2018. Today when it is called out, he is absent.
