This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition, which stood dismissed by a conditional order dated 9th March, 2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judl­I), High Court, Bombay, on account of failure of the Petitioner in removing office objections.

In the application it is pointed out that the learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner was under the bona fide impression that office objections have been removed by the registered clerk. As a result, necessary steps have not taken, resulting in dismissal of the Writ Petition.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the same is allowed and the Writ Yadav VG 1/2
