By order dated 12/09/2022, this Court (Coram : Gauri Godse, J.) had directed the Applicant to deposit the compensation as per the impugned judgment and to furnish entire copy of the First Appeal along with certified copy within eight weeks. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that compensation was already deposited before the Claims Tribunal, Kolhapur even before 12/09/2022. She states that certified copy of the impugned judgment and order is not available and seeks dispensation of filing of the certified copy of the entire First appeal. Leave is granted to re-construct the Appeal and file the same within eight weeks. Filing of the certified copy of the impugned judgment and order is dispensed with. Appellant is directed to file regular copy of the judgment and furnish copies of the documents to the Respondents within a period of eight weeks from today. Registry shall verify the same and re-construct the records of the First Appeal. 4.
