We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned Advocate for the Respondents.

One of the prayers of the Petitioner is seeking directions against Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 7 November 2015 for appointment as Sports Officer against the vacant post.

In view of the fact that directions were sought to decide the representation, we are not entering into the merits of the contentions. 1/2
