This application is moved for relaxation of the condition imposed in the order dated 10.10.2014 in respect of attendance of the applicant at the police station which was directed on every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm, till filing of chargesheet. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent - State has been served through the office of the Public Prosecutor. However, none is present.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been attending the concerned police station since 10.10.2014 as directed by this Court and yet the chargesheet is not filed. Hence, this condition be relaxed.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel and as the submissions are not controverted by the prosecution, the condition of attendance is hereby relaxed. The order dated 10.10.2014 in respect of attendance is hereby modified to the effect that the applicant/accused shall attend the concerned police station as and when called, till filing of the chargesheet.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
