It is submitted that it will be premature to consider the request as made in Application before this Court. The Applicant will require permission to travel out of India at later stage only when there is a valid passport and visa. The passport of the Applicant has already expired.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant undertakes to file necessary Application before the Passport Authority. Learned Advocate for Respondent No.4-Passport Authority submitted that Passport Authority

Learned Advocate for Respondent No.4-Passport Authority submitted that Respondent No.4-Passport Authority will make an endeavour to decide Application of the Applicant as early as possible and within two weeks from the date receipt of police report. 4.

After the procedure is completed, the Applicant is at liberty to approach this Court for permission to travel abroad. 5.
