The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 24/11/2022 passed by Civil Judge, S.D. Ratnagiri, below Exh.65 in Special Civil Suit No.70 of 2021. Both learned counsel state that the suit is finally dismissed on 15/02/2023. Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to make further submissions. However, since the suit itself is dismissed, he has to adopt the proceeding in accordance with law; challenging that particular order. 2.

This particular petition does not survive any more and it is disposed of.
