In this matter, praecipe is moved by way of speaking to the minutes of the order dated 4th March 2025. In the cause title of the said order inadvertently the surname of the Petitioner is wrongly typed as "Kharad" instead of "Kharade".

The order dated 4th March 2025 stands corrected accordingly. 5.
