The Petitioner is challenging the modification to the Consolidation Scheme.

The learned AGP and learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that Petitioners have remedy under Section 35 before the State Government.

In view of that the Petitioner may avail the remedy under the statute as may be permissible. In that event all contentions are kept open.
