After the matter is heard at some length, learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press his petition, but, instead, reserves liberty to raise all grounds of challenge, which are stated in the petition in respect of Part-I judgment delivered by the labour Court at Sangli on 22 March 2017, which judgment is impugned in the present petition, open and to be agitated after the Labour Court when it hears the complaint finally and delivers its Part-2 judgment.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
