The impugned order dated 8th September, 2022 passed by the Education Officer, Secondary, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur pertains to the proposal for approval with reference to two candidates namely, Shri. Kiran Raju Sontakke (present Petitioner) and Pravin Pundalik Godase. Writ Petition No. 12862 of 2023 was filed by Pravin Pundalik Godase before this Court. Making a reference to the order of this Court dated 28th February, 2022 passed in Writ Petition No. 5157 of 2021 ( Shri Shrikant Baburao Walvekar v/s. State of Maharashtra & Ors.), this Court has passed an order on 24th January, 2025 by which the Petition was partly Talwalkar

In view of the above, the order dated 8th September, 2022 passed in the case of Pravin Pundalik Godase, renders the case of the present Petitioner at par with Pravin Pundalik Godase. Hence, for the reasons set out in the said order dated 24th January, 2025, this Writ Petition stands partly allowed.
