29th November, 2021 PC:- After hearing of the petition progressed for some time, Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioner/applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition stating that his client would approach respondent No.1 along with a settlement proposal.

Accordingly, allowed to be withdrawn as prayed for. If such a proposal is made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks, respondent No.1 shall decide such proposal within a period of two weeks from its receipt. Till such Gaikwad RD 1/2
