By these applications, the Applicants who are the Writ Petitioners are seeking interim relief against the Respondent No.5 who is not a party to the Writ Petition.

We grant leave to the Petitioners to amend the Writ Petition for impleading additional parties and for incorporating the additional prayers and averments. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Place the Writ Petitions under the caption of th February, 2016 when additional prayer for "Fresh Matters" on 9 interim relief in the main Writ Petition incorporated by way of amendment will be considered on merits. Civil Applications are disposed of. In the meanwhile, the Advocate for the Petitioners to serve private notice to the added parties.
