The learned counsel for the applicant/appellant hands in consent terms which are taken on record and marked 'x' for the purposes of identification. The consent terms have been singed by the original plaintiff/appellant Mr.Jayant Dinkarrao Hole and his advocate.

The original consent terms have already been signed by Mr.Raviuday Vitthalrao Sonawane, the defendant/respondent, who N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

906-sast-35226-2016 is present in Court along with his son Mr.Bapu Raviuday Sonawane. Mr.Raviuday Sonawane states that his advocate is unable to attend Court proceedings or sign on this consent terms since, there is death in his family. To the consent terms is appended a copy of Aadhar Card which identifies Mr.Raviuday Sonawane. Mr.Raviuday Sonawane has produced original Aadhar Card, which has been verified by the Court Master.

Mr.Jayant Dinkarrao Hole and Mr.Raviuday Vitthalrao Sonawane states that they have signed these consent terms after understanding their scope.

The undertakings in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to this Court.

This appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 6.

Registry to issue decree in terms of the consent terms. The Civil Application and the Second Appeal are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
