Perused the praecipe for speaking to the minutes. In the common Judgment dated 5 th December 2023, the following corrections be made :- (i) The word "non" be struck-off from the 1 st line of paragraph 2.

(ii) The words "as per recommendations of the 5 th and 6 th Pay Commission" be added after the figure "2019" in the 2 nd line of paragraph 3.

(iii) Similarly, at the end of the last sentence of paragraph no.3 on page 5, after the words "pay scale", the words "as per the recommendations of the 5 th and 6 th Pay Commission from their initial date of appointment till superannuation" be added.
