P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Deshmukh, P.C. Madha Police Station, Solapur (Rural) submitted that, the investigation of the present crime is completed and there is sufficient material to submit final report under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the Court of competent jurisdiction. He submitted that, in view of Order dated 15th January, 2019, the Investigating Agency has not filed charge-sheet till today. He further submitted that, if the permission is granted, the Investigating Officer will file the charge-sheet within a period of two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted.
2) We permit the Investigating Officer to submit the charge-sheet as noted above.

ssm 10-wp5176.18.doc 3) In view of the fact that, the Investigating Agency is submitting the charge-sheet, Mr. Agandsurve learned Advocate for the Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court.
Leave and liberty granted.
