By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay in filing civil application and for restoration of the Second Appeal No.572 of 2014 along with Civil Application Nos. 1595 of 2014 and 1334 of 2015. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that private paper book will be filed within two weeks from today. Office is directed to accept the private paper book if filed by the applicants within two weeks from today. It is made clear that if private paper books are not filed within two weeks from today, Second Appeal No.572 of 2014 and all civil applications pending therein to stand dismissed without further reference to court.
