Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Appellate Authority i.e. the Collector has set aside the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer. Therefore, grievance of the petitioner no longer subsists. 2.1 In that view of the matter, he seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
