The grievance of the Petitioner in his application dated 12.07.2017 is for seeking damages for his imprisonment in Kolhapur Central Jail, Kolhapur.

Learned APP has submitted a report dated 13.06.2022 which states that the Petitioner on completion of sentence stands released from Morshi open prison. The said report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition does not subsist. Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
