1) By this petition, petitioner challenges order dated 01.10.2019 passed by the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Solapur allowing application filed by respondents no.1 to 10 NEETA SHAILESH SAWANT for their impleadment in the proceedings filed by the NEETA SHAILESH SAWANT petitioner-Trust.

On the strength of the receipts showing payment of membership fees, the Deputy Charity Commissioner has proceeded to consider respondents no.1 to 10 as interested parties and has accordingly allowed their application for impleadment. I do not find any error being committed by the Deputy Charity Commissioner in doing so. Writ Petition is devoid of merits. The Writ Petition is dismissed with no orders as to costs. (SANDEEP V.
