The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of lapse of sufficient time, respondent no. 2 Collector, Solapur has not decided the proceedings initiated pursuant to show cause notice dated 29/03/2017 Exh. "F".

Having regard to the fact that the proceedings which were initiated in March, 2017 has not been taken it to its logical end, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the said proceedings in accordance with law by Hemant Vasantrao Nilegaonkar Date:

With the aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of. 4.

Petitioner as also respondent nos. 4 to 8 to appear before the Collector, Solapur on 03/09/2018 at 11.00 a.m. Petitioner as also respondent nos. 4 to 8 to inform respondent no. 3 Society about the date of appearance before the Collector, 5.
