Taking into consideration the nature of the reliefs, it will not be appropriate to exercise supervisory jurisdiction under section 227 of the Constitution of India. However, liberty can always reserved to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order by resorting to provisions of section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure once the suit itself is disposed of.

Therefore, reserving the liberty as aforesaid, this petition is disposed of.
