Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation.

Apart from the first information report, other record of investigation indicates that, neither any overt act nor any specific role is attributed to the applicant in the present crime. The principal accused persons were arrested Page1/2

In view thereof, the applicant can be granted prearrest bail. Interim relief granted by Order dated 5.12.2018 is hereby confirmed.
