Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that he does not press part for part of prayer clause (a) as regards regularisation of said transaction dated 16th July, 2009.

The Petition is, therefore, disposed of as the Respondents are directed to decide the application dated 18th July, 2011 along with the earlier application of the year 2009, which is at Exhibit"A" as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 8 weeks from today on merits and in accordance with law.
