This is an application for bail.

The learned APP submits that during pendency of the present application, the concerned Juvenile Justice Board conducted preliminary assessment under Section 15 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and passed the order that there is a need for trial of the applicant as an adult and transferred the trial of the applicant to the Children's Court.

In view of above, the applicant is permitted to move an application for bail before the Children's Court. If such application is moved, the concerned Children's Court shall decide the same as early as possible and in any case within a period of 15 days from the date of fling of such application.
