It is the claim of the Petitioners that the Petitioner have already preferred an appeal pursuant to the provisions of subSection (4) of Section 3 of the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Management) Act, 1976, against the order dated 21st November, 2021.

The counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners shall appear before the State Government on 9th January, 2023. 3.
