Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. The Petitioner in present Writ Petition has sought a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the one time settlement proposal dated 11/06/2018 submitted by the petitioner to the respondent No.1 Bank under the One Time Settlement Scheme. The learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted a communication dated 22nd March 2019 addressed to the petitioner accepting the proposal for one time settlement and Gaikwad RD 1/2
(903)WPNo.14312019.doc stipulating the terms and conditions under which the proposal was accepted. The copy of the said communication had been handed over to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The said communication is marked as 'X' for identification and taken on record. The learned Counsel for the Bank clarifies that the communication issued to the petitioner accepting his claim is based on existing one time settlement scheme. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stand disposed of by directing the petitioner to comply with the one time settlement scheme under the communication issued by the Bank. (A.M.BADAR, J.)
