Heard learned counsel for the parties.

I find that this petition can be disposed of in terms of order dated 16/12/2019. Admittedly, a revision application filed by the petitioner is pending before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister. The limited relief prayed is for expeditious disposal of the said revision application. The record discloses that on 16/12/2019 this Court had directed the respondent Nos.4 and 7 not to take steps to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question covered by Gat No.237 of Village Alas, Taluka Shirol, District Kolhapur. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that said order can be continued and the revision application can be directed to be decided expeditiously in a time bound manner. Mamta Kale

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the petition is disposed of in the following terms.

(i) The revisional authority shall decide the revision application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the appearance of the parties.

(ii) The parties to appear before the Hon'ble Minister on 2/3/2020.

(iii) The ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 16/12/2019 as aforesaid shall continue to operate for a period of eight weeks, with effect from 2/3/2020. (iv) The rival contentions of the parties are left open. 5.

In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs. C.V. BHADANG, J.
