Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the first Respondent. Advocate for the Applicant states that private notice has been served to the second and fourth Respondents. We accept the statement. Affidavit of service shall be filed within a period of one week from today. Sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Delay is condoned. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable after six weeks. Advocate for the first Respondent waives service. Review Petition (St.) 31006 of 2013 shall be placed after service

caw-267.15 of notice is completed. As the first Respondent has retired, it will be open for the Advocate for the first Respondent to file affidavit of any other Officer.
