It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the appellant that in view of enhancement of the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court, this appeal has to be heard by that Court. Considering the claim as made in the suit, the appeal has to be heard by the District Court.

Accordingly, the present proceedings be transferred to the District Court at Kolhapur. The Registry to do the needful. On receiving the papers the said Court to proceed in accordance with law.
