1] The Petition basically arises with regard to interse seniority between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.4 in the school under the management of Respondent No.3.

2] The said dispute can very well be looked into by the Respondent No.2 ­ Education Officer under Rule 12 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981. 3] In that view of the matter, the Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.2 - Education Officer to decide the interse seniority between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.4 as BGP.

expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today after giving an opportunity of bearing heard to the Petitioner and the Respondent Nos.3 and 4.
