The Applicant has challenged the Judgment and Order dated 28/09/2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ratnagiri in Sessions Case No.22 of 2020. The Applicant was convicted u/s 307 of the Indian Penal Code and the major sentence imposed on him was rigorous imprisonment for 7 years besides imposition of fine.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Applicant was in a poor financial state. He could not engage a Nesarikar
