Learned APP tenders report dated 15th January, 2020, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identifcation. On instructions from the oficer present in the Court, it is submitted that the applicant in all these applications were Directors of Navratna Magasvargiya Audyogik Sahakari Sanstha Limited. However, no amount has been credited into their account. It is submitted that in view of the aforesaid circumstances, their custodial interrogation is not required. The contention of the

rpa 3/4 922-aba-2792-19-group.doc applicants in ABA 2763 of 2019, 2764 of 2019, 2765 of 2019 and 2767 of 2019, is that at the relevant time they were not Directors. They had resigned on 22nd February, 2011. Learned counsel for the applicant appearing in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2792 of 2019 submitted that applicant had not received any amount. No amount is credited into her account. In view of statement of prosecution, custodial interrogation of applicants is not necessary.

Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.2792, 2763, 2764, 2765 and 2767 of 2019, are allowed;

(ii) In the event of arrest of Applicants in connection with C.R.No.282 of 2019, registered with Mangalwedha Police Station, Solapur Rural, the applicants be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, each, with one or more sureties in the like amount;
