The signatories to the consent terms are identified by their respective advocates. Copy of the resolution passed by petitioner no. 1 is also annexed to the consent terms.

The undertakings in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

It is clarified that the terms of the consent terms will bind only the signatories to the consent terms and shall not be binding upon respondent no. 2 and respondent no. 4 who have not signed the consent terms.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to delete respondent no. 3. Petitioners are permitted to delete respondent no. 3 at their own risk. Amendment to be carried out forthwith, during the course of the day.
