As per prayer clause, FIR No. 127 of 2015 is under Sections 307, 327, 143, 144, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code while FIR No. 128 of 2015 is under Sections 326, 329, 354, 143, 147, 148 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
