By the impugned order, the Appellate Court has rejected petitioners' application for amendment.

On perusal of the application for amendment and the reasons assigned by the Appellate Court indicating that the application is filed to delay the proceeding. In absence of explanation of due diligence, the Appellate Court was justified in rejecting the application for amendment. Hence, no interference is called for, the writ petition stands dismissed.
