This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Devrukh in RCC No.76 of 2011 on 14th October 2016. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 3 to 6, the application seeking condonation of delay is allowed. The delay of 326 days is condoned in the interest of justice. Appeal is adjourned to 26th March 2019.
