Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is not in dispute that an Application ( Exh. 42 ) filed by the Petitioners seeking injunction is pending before the trial Court. It is also not in dispute that the Petitioners have filed an Appeal against the order of the Additional Collector dated 21.09.2015 before the Divisional Commissioner and that the said Appeal is pending. 3.

Without going into the merits of this Petition, it would be appropriate to direct the authorities i. e. the learned Judge before whom the Application ( Exh. 42 ) is pending as well as the Divisional Commissioner before whom the Petitioners' Appeal is pending, to decide the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within six

WP 436-2020.doc weeks from the date of receipt of this order. All the parties to co-operate in the expeditious disposal of both the Applications as well as the Appeal.

Parties to maintain status-quo till then.

It is made clear that all contentions of both the parties are kept open and that the order of status-quo is granted without going into the merits of the Petition.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
