Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The prayer in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to decide the pending Change Reports under section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act,1950. The Change Reports are pending in the office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Solapur.

A judicial notice will have to be taken of the fact that practically in every office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner in the State, large number of old Change Reports are pending. Therefore, if the petitioner wants out of turn

wp3655.doc priority to be given to the hearing of the Change Reports of the year 2009, 2012, 2013 and 2015, he will have to apply for that relief before the concerned Assistant Charity Commissioner. If such application is made by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Subject to what is observed above, writ petition is disposed of.
