Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions to proceed. He points out that by registered letter dated 06/09/2018 he had communicated the petitioner to contact him urgently and sought for instructions. However, no such instructions are forthcoming. From the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner it appears that the advocate appearing in the trial Court informed learned Counsel for the petitioner that the parties have settled the dispute.
