Parties jointly state that the dispute arising out of the road accident has been amicably settled by them.

Accordingly, complainant and the victim have filed their separate Affidavits accepting the settlement. 4.
Learned APP, upon instructions from the I.O., informs that the Applicants do not have any criminal antecedents. He also points that because of nature of injury, the department has been advised by the Government Advocate not to invoke Section 326 of the IPC. 5.
In view of the joint settlement made, we accept the request and accordingly make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
